Who We Are
La Casa del Viandante welcomes guests in a quiet and elegant setting, ideal for business trips, tourism and short or long stays in Modena.
We heat water with solar panels and have installed photovoltaic panels for electricity. Some rooms have underfloor heating. The ceilings are typical Emilian style with exposed wooden beams and terracotta. In two rooms, we have preserved the original solid wood flooring. Three rooms have been recently frescoed. The furnishings are partly modern and partly from the 1940s.
