From the A1 highway (Modena Nord Exit):
At the Modena Nord exit, enter the bypass direction Verona then the exit n. 12 (Madonnina). At the first crossing turn right and at the first traffic lights go right again and you arrived!

From the historical center:
Go on to Reggio Emilia on the Via Emilia. After the bridge over the railway (bridge of the bowling), go over two traffic lights and draw up to the right to the street numer 512 (in front of the branch “F” of the Unicredit Bank and near the bowling).
