The rooms are situated in an apartment developped on two flats,
one of them a mansard whose height goes from 2 m. to 3,40 m.
Its ceiling is tipically emilian: wooden beam ceiling and fired brick tiles.
On each flat there are 3 rooms, a bathroom (see foto) and a common room.
Between the two flats there are internal stairs.
The whole structure is like a small hotel or a B&B.
